"Aleph" (2013) - a music album by Gessafelstein. (Design for Music)

 

A record’s sleeve, and a campaign design (series of posters) for an album “Aleph” (2013) by a techno DJ, Gessafelstein (France). I have used a dark colour palette (which represents dark and heavy vibes of the album) as well as various underground themed textures to express the emotions of each song visually. As album's name is "Aleph" (which means the first letter in a Semitic abjads; also appears in Arabic, Hebrew and Egyptian hieroglyphs); I have decided to use the letter as the typographical symbol as a logo for the branding of the album.
